Bootstrap the private GitHub repo Duncan-Haywood/real-estate-agent-photo-app with a complete market-research scaffold for Listing Lens — an AI-first iPhone app that gives real estate agents pro-level listing photos, optional 3D walkthroughs, and video tours without hiring a professional crew.

Phase 1 is repo structure, strategy docs, and a polished Next.js TSX market research report documenting feasibility, audience fit, competition, pricing, and a 90-day validation plan.
